Cancellation policy

1) Cancelling an order (before dispatch)

You may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order, before the order status becomes “Fulfilled/Shipped.”

No fees apply. We will void the payment or issue a full refund to the original method.

How to cancel: Email valeria.voicu@icloud.com with subject “Cancel Order #[number]” and include your name and phone.

2) Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.

After 24 hours, the order can no longer be cancelled prior to shipping; instead, you may use your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.

Standard pre-order dispatch window: up to 30 days (shown in the confirmation email).

3) Customized items ( special requests)

Due to their personalized nature, custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started. If the item is defective on arrival, you may request a repair/replacement or refund.

4) After delivery – Right of withdrawal (EU/Romania)

Under OUG 34/2014, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt. 

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags. Earrings and hygiene-sensitive products are excluded unless defective.

5) Refund timing & method

Card/BNPL/PayPal: refund initiated within 5-7 business days of approval (bank timing may vary).

Cash on Delivery (Romania): if not yet shipped, we will void the order; if shipped, refuse delivery or return.

6) Partial cancellations & bundles

If you cancel part of a bundle or promotion, discounts may be recalculated accordingly.

7) Merchant-initiated cancellation

We may cancel orders in case of stock issues, payment authorization failure, or suspected fraud. You will receive a full refund.
