At Aurelia, every order is prepared with care to ensure your jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and on time. 

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may apply to promotional or minimum-order offers announced on our website.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery updates.

Pre-order items are reserved in advance and shipped as soon as they become available. The estimated dispatch date is confirmed by email after purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for pre-order items to be processed and shipped, depending on production and availability. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all pieces are ready, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
