At Aurelia, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within the legal timeframe outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

According to OUG 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The 14-day period starts from the date you receive your order.

To exercise this right, please inform us in writing at valeria.voicu@icloud.com before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Conditions for Returns

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all packaging and labels intact.

For hygiene reasons, customized items (e.g., engraved or special-order pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for purchase.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at valeria.voicu@icloud.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
